Our Role

  • RLA is prepared to solve problems, develop creative solutions and support the everchanging needs of dealers and manufacturers alike. Our goal is to build and KEEP the trust of people who specify, sell and use audio, video, control, lighting and music products.

    We understand the effective purchase and delivery of products from our represented manufacturers is critical to the success of our retail, production, and integration partners.

  • Without effective administration, the efforts of the sales force are meaningless. The RLA administrative team understands attention to detail is crucial to the flow of transacting business with hundreds of organizations. The RLA office works everyday to facilitate the flow of purchase orders, legal agreements, return documentation, manufacturer pricing distribution and much more.

  • When approaching a design, proposal, or bid, everyone has a different process. We know that a wide range of products offered by many vendors in the marketplace can be complicated to navigate. RLA strives to serve it's dealer accounts where they are. From a simple box sale to a multi-phase bid - we support sales engineers, estimators, sales and account teams, and company owners with design materials, quotes and design/build project registrations.

  • We love to hit the road! RLA spends a lot of timing playing with gear. We enjoy the hands on experience with the products that our represented manufacturers bring to the market. RLA has a culture of experienced musicians and sound engineers that strive to understand our customers on a practical level. Whether we are conducting demonstrations or trainings, or hosting teams directly from the manufacturer - we understand the value in product evaluation in-person. This goes further with training in education, not just in products, but also procedures.

    Do you have new sales people, account managers or engineers? RLA representative can orient them with the product knowledge and resources to make them successful in sales, engineering, project management, programming or even using the gear on the next production.

  • If you need help with commissioning, tuning, or end-user training of a system - let us know. We also offer technical services upon project evaluation.

  • We facilitate equipment financing for both inventory and project procurement. Our partnership with Quail Finance allows us to support the financing needs of most sales.
